crisp integration issue

Hi i cant connect our crisp account with helpshelf. I was discuss with crispchat support but they said i shoul discuss with your team. My problem is, we cant integrate chrisp chat content with helpshelf. you ask me to get the token and key, but token and key no longer exist in crisp chat. Its always change when i login again.
