fix "Change workspace" issues

1. Update verbiage of "change workspace" to show name of existing workspace. Should consider an icon or format that lets users know that clicking on the site name is a drop down menu. (see attached image of down arrow. we should put something ilke this to the right of the "site" name. 2. should not reload the page if I click on the workspace i'm already in. 3. fix issue with the dropdown getting cutoff when the left nav minimizes. (maybe we can hide the dropdown when users hover away from it).
