Improve "add workspace" functionality.

1. Change "add workspace" button verbiage to "add site". 2. If user has reached their site limit based on their plan, when they click "add site", the fields should be greyed out, and there should be a message stating "Oh no! You've reached your plan's site limit. Choose an option below to continue" 3.1. Upgrade plan - should show button that takes users to the helpshelf.co/pricing page for them to upgrade their plan. 3.2. Purchase an additional site for $10 - should be a line of text under the button above that takes users to the checkout page with one additional site in their cart. https://helpshelf.co/accounts/billing/checkout/review/
