update "Widget" page

1. put the Widget preview in a static container on the left side of the page with a title "Preview". The container should not scroll with the page. 2. Move following text to be centered on the top right side of screen (above the Branding & Appearances) column: "Use the form below to customize how your HelpShelf widget will look to your users and customers." 3. Update logic so that updating the branding/appearance and Language/content fields automatically updates the widget preview. Only after selecting "Update" should the changes be applied/published to the widget on the user's site. 4. If user does not have any contact integration OR content integration setup, show the following message: "You have not setup any provider's yet; so ive have added demo content foryou. This will be replaced with yours, when you add a provider. Add a provider now".[Link to provider setup] ***This text already currently shows on the "widget" page when a user does not have any integrations setup. We just need to adjust the location of it to be on the right side of the screen, above the "Branding & appearance" widget. 5. If user ONLY has a contact integration setup, but does not have any content, show the following text: "it doesn't look like you have setup any content providers. If you have knowledge base articles, user guides and/or video walk throughs then you might want to link those content sources. Once done, HelpShelf will keep all of this content in sync and make it available in your widget. Add a content provider now"[Link to content provider setup] ****This text already currently shows on the "widget" page when a user has a contact integration but does not have any Content integrations setup. We just need to adjust the location of it to be on the right side of the screen, above the "Branding & appearance" widget. 6. Remove following text from page header: "Customise the widget and control how your customers interact with it"
