Issues on helpshelf setup provider

Part 1- Completed the setup but progress bar is not completed. Also, 4th step should be collapsed if stetup is successfully completed. (3) Part 2- Browse button is not working in steup 4th step - basically issue was accordian click did not allow browser button click event to trigger so we put the condition on a accordian click event. (4) Part 3 & 4 - The parts 3 and 4 are connected. This is a new bug that got discovered and both are interrelated. The user of the trigger site added articles in the content section with empty text in the title field. There are approx 30+ articles with empty/null values for this particular site. Search caused an exception to be thrown at the front-end javascript code of the site widget which didn't handle the empty values for title field for articles. The exception is handled now and the widget seems to work fine. The cache time is 90 mins so you may have to use incognito mode or hard refresh so the newer js code can be fetched. Please note that None will still appear as there is no text for those fields. We can add a placeholder for it though. (4)"
